Goes to St Annaland – 4th July

So what can we tell you about the trip to St Annaland? Not a lot really, pretty uneventful except it was hot and sunny when back home it was raining and cold, so we felt quite smug!

The trip itself only took a couple of hours, we weren’t rushing but we had to fight the tide. We sailed quite a bit of it so it saved the diesel.

St Annaland marina is incredibly modern. Probably the most modern marina we have ever seen. With hidden electricity and water points that fold away into the pontoon.

It’s about 10 minutes walk into town, although we never got passed the C1000 supermarket as it was 7:30 at night and rain was threatening. So we never saw the town so nothing to report there.

There is also a very small ‘playground’ for kids, washing machine and tumble drier and a very good restaurant (apparently) in the marina, which we didn’t sample.

Cost : 25€ a night inc electric and free wifi
